THE TRASH MOON COLLECTIVE FIDDLE TUNES BOOK
VOL. 1
Available now on our website! We are so excited to bring this book into the world. This collection of fiddle tunes features a set of tunes that are frequently played in sessions here in Utah. As we grow the acoustic music scene, having a common language and musical identity is critical in making it easy to sit down and play together.
If you've ever been interested in playing fiddle tunes, grab a copy!
A special thank you to Dylan Schorer for his tireless work in pulling this together.
Thank you to Acoustic Music for sponsoring the printing! You've never met a friendlier shop. If you need an instrument, go see Meg!
We are starting to work on a Swing Collective tune book as well. Stay tuned!

COMMUNITY NEWS
WEEKLY MUSICIAN SPOTLIGHT
Tony Elison
What to say about Tony? Besides being the most smiling, like-able, cool-cat in the valley, the guy swings like house! If you've had the pleasure of hearing him around town, you know what we mean. A regular at Hopkins on Thursday night, Sawadee Thai, and a common force at the Gallivan center for the Excellence in the Community series, Tony holds down the jazz piano scene in Salt Lake.
Be sure to connect with him and learn some piano too! He teaches privately, as well as maintaining a schedule as an adjunct professor at Utah Valley University and Westminster. Thank you Tony for being an outstanding friend, pianist, and member of the Swing Collective. We're lucky to have him here in Utah.
Tune in next week for our Nerd Corner and Listening Room!
