Born and raised in the Wasatch Front of Utah, Matt Conlin was skiing, running around in the desert, and learning classical violin from an early age. Now, as an experienced multi-instrumentalist, you’ll find him performing and volunteering any chance he can get.  His primary instruments are bass and mandolin. He has played for a variety of musical styles over the years and is currently heavily involved in the local Bluegrass scene. His love for playing music with friends and community members is infectious and he has been called a pillar of the Salt Lake Bluegrass music scene.
